Event Series: LIFT’d

This strength training group fitness class focuses on lifting heavy and moving slow. Working in supersets, this class focuses on major muscle groups and utilizing simplified movements to allow you to progressively overload while building strength in functional exercises. Whether you are someone who has lifted weights before or never stepped foot into a gym, this class can be tailor-made to meet you where you are at. Using music to motivate you and set your tempo, the atmosphere for this class looks different than a traditional gym session. This class provides the best of both worlds; group fitness atmosphere and a heavy lifting gym session into one 60-minute class.
