The Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre—commonly known as the C2—is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors. The C2 operates as a Part 9 not-for-profit company, created under Alberta legislation to serve the community with recreation, wellness, and event services.
The Board is made up of six appointed members:

Three are appointed by the Town of Bonnyville

Three are appointed by the Municipal District (M.D.) of Bonnyville
Each municipality designates one of its members to act as either Chair or Vice-Chair, ensuring equal and collaborative leadership.
