Not fully — at this time, event rentals like birthday parties or large gatherings need to be booked directly through our Customer Service team. You can inquire at the Welcome Desk or call 780-812-3400 for availability.

You bet:

  • Socks or clean indoor shoes only (no dirty shoes or bare feet)

  • No food or drink inside the playground

  • No roughhousing, climbing on the outside of structures, or throwing toys

  • Be respectful of other families and children using the space

Yes, staff support for setup and takedown is available depending on your booking type. We’ll walk you through those options when finalizing your rental.

Yes, but children under 10 must be supervised at all times.
Please don’t leave children unattended on the track or turf area.

Yes! Our bounce houses are perfect for indoor events in the designated areas of the C2: the VIP Suite, Genmec/ACL Hall, and Graham Field House.
