Build strength. Learn the equipment. Find your confidence in the gym.
This full-body workout takes place in the C2’s main fitness area. Courtney will help you learn how to use the equipment properly, build muscle and strength and reduce your risk of injury—in a class that leaves you feeling ABSolutely BOOTYful!

This class is welcoming for beginners who want to learn the basics and experienced participants looking to level up their workouts. Work at the intensity that feels right for you.

DROP-IN: $17.50 + GST
