The Welcome Desk Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Welcome Desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient front-line operations. Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role supervises Welcome Desk staff, coordinates scheduling and training, supports administrative functions, and serves as a key point of contact for members, guests, and staff.

Key responsibilities include overseeing customer service delivery, staff supervision and development, cash handling and payment processing, membership and registration administration, communication support, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations, programs, and events.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service and administration, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with scheduling and cash handling are considered assets. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Ability to sit for an extended period (1.5 to 2 hours)
Operate a computer for several hours per day
