The track is open whenever the facility is open, year-round — just bring clean indoor shoes!
Please note: some private bookings may limit access (e.g. Yellow Jackets Track Club trains Tuesdays & Thursdays in the winter). Watch for posted notices.

We follow a lane etiquette system:

  • Inside lane = slow pace (walkers)

  • Middle lane = passing lane

  • Outside lane = fast pace (joggers/runners)
    Always pass on the outside and be aware of others using the track.

Check the posted signage for the current direction. It rotates regularly to keep things balanced for your joints and the surface!

Yes! The turf area is free to use for stretching, warm-ups, lunges, and dryland drills. Just remember:

  • Indoor shoes are mandatory

  • No liquids or food allowed

Only C2 Fitness Centre members or drop-in pass holders may use the weight sleds and equipment.
Be sure to check in at the Welcome Desk before using any gym gear.

Please don’t leave children unattended on the track or turf area.

Absolutely! Teams are welcome to use the track for pre-game warm-ups or dryland training.
We just ask that you monitor your group closely and be mindful of other track users.

Yes — no food or liquids are allowed on the track. Keep your water bottles off the turf and track surface.

The playground is designed for young children, typically ages 1 to 10. It’s a great space for toddlers and early elementary-aged kids to climb, slide, and explore in a safe, weather-proof environment.

Yes! Socks or clean indoor shoes must be worn at all times while in the playground. No bare feet or outdoor footwear allowed.

Parental or guardian supervision is required at all times. The playground is not staffed, so please stay close and keep an eye on your little ones.

Supervisor must be at least 12 years of age, and parents must be at the facility at all times.

You bet:

  • Socks or clean indoor shoes only (no dirty shoes or bare feet)

  • No food or drink inside the playground

  • No roughhousing, climbing on the outside of structures, or throwing toys

Yes! The C2 team performs routine cleaning and sanitization to keep the space safe and enjoyable for all.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times

  • Drop-Off: 8:00 – 9:00 AM

  • Pick-Up: 4:00 – 5:00 PM

  • Location: Nova VIP Suite at the C2

    • Enter through the RJ Arena doors (between the Genmec Hall and Pontiacs entrance)

    • Go upstairs and turn left to find the suite

    • Look for signage on the noticeboard and doors

Note: All campers must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian each day.

We do have an on-site concession, however we cannot guarentee that it will be open or serve options suitable for your child, that’s why we recommend that a lunch is brought from home.

Campers are expected to participate fully, be kind, and treat the facility and others with care. Inappropriate behaviour may result in dismissal

    • 100% refund = cancel 2 weeks before camp

Our bounce houses accommodate everyone from toddlers to teens. We offer different sizes based on age and size recommendations.

Yes! Our bounce houses are perfect for indoor events in the designated areas of the C2: the VIP Suite, Genmec/ACL Hall, and Graham Field House.

No, for safety and space reasons, bounce houses cannot be set up in the Conference Room or Classrooms.

No, supervision is not included. A responsible adult must be present at all times during bounce house use.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays as rentals fill up fast!
