How Personal Training at the C2 Works
Our personal trainers each manage their own schedules and availability. While not every trainer may be taking on new clients at all times, we’ve made the process simple and fair for everyone.
Here’s how it works:

Complete the Intake Form
Tell us a bit about your goals, experience level and availability by filling out the personal training intake form. -
Trainers Review Your Submission
Your intake form is shared with our certified C2 trainers. Trainers who have availability and feel they’re a good fit for your goals will respond. -
Trainer Acceptance
Once a trainer accepts your request, you’ll be contacted directly to move forward. -
Initial Meeting
You’ll meet with your trainer for an initial consultation to discuss goals, scheduling and next steps before training begins.
This approach helps ensure the best trainer-client fit and sets everyone up for a positive, successful training experience.
