How Personal Training at the C2 Works

Our personal trainers each manage their own schedules and availability. While not every trainer may be taking on new clients at all times, we’ve made the process simple and fair for everyone.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Complete the Intake Form
    Tell us a bit about your goals, experience level and availability by filling out the personal training intake form.

  2. Client Matching
    Our team reviews your submission and matches you with a certified C2 personal trainer based on specialties, availability, and your goals.

  3. Trainer Connection
    Once matched, your trainer will reach out to you directly within 2–3 business days to connect and move forward.

  4. Initial Meeting
    You’ll meet with your trainer for an initial consultation to discuss goals, scheduling and next steps before training begins.

This approach helps ensure the best trainer-client fit and sets everyone up for a positive, successful training experience.

Yes! If you and your workout buddy share the same goals, our trainer can design a Group Session just for the two of you—and you’ll each qualify for the group rate!
Have different goals? No problem. Your trainer can create separate personalized programs and may still be able to schedule you in the gym together.

Just wear comfortable workout clothes and indoor athletic shoes.
We’ve got shower and sweat towels ready for you here—no need to pack one.

The Primco Dene Fitness Centre spans 5,500ft across four spaces in the C2. Our main gym is home to the majority of our weight equipment, resistance machine training circuit and specialized Rogue Fitness lifting stations. We have additional equipment in our cardio room – where we’ve updated many of our pieces. The walking track features a turf floor and more lifting equipment. Please note- you need a pass and to sign in to use the weights and equipment on the track.  Additionally, you can enjoy the privacy of the fitness studio when group fitness classes are not in session.
