MEETING/EVENT VENUES


We are pleased to offer a ‘one-stop-shop’ approach to hosting your event – rooms, equipment and catering all in one place. Our goal is to ensure all aspects of your event run smoothly and you have a great experience.

We have a variety of rental facilities for all kinds of events such as meetings, conferences, trade shows, training courses, seminars, presentations, banquets, weddings, parties, fundraisers, graduations and community functions. We can handle groups of any size – from 2 to 2000.

Included with all facility rentals is the setup and takedown of C2 equipment, and an on-site Event Supervisor will ensure all your needs are attended to.

EQUIPMENT & ACCESSORIES


We have a wide range of equipment and accessories available for use at your event – from tables and chairs, linens and dinnerware, and audio and visual equipment, to pipe and drape, stage and risers, and bounce houses.

Staff will set up and take down C2 equipment for all events within the facility. Tables and chairs are included with Meeting and Event Facility rental pricing.

For off-site rentals, C2 staff will prepare your equipment for pick-up; simply collect the equipment and return it when your event is over. Payment for all rentals must be made prior to pick-up.

BOUNCE HOUSES


Offering one of the largest selections in the Lakeland region, we have a variety of inflatable Bounce Houses that are sure to deliver tons of fun to any Birthday Party booked at the C2!

All Bounce Houses are available for on-site rentals. The hourly rental fee includes set-up and take-down by C2 Staff, and an on-site Supervisor. Plus, Bounce Houses aren’t limited to just the Field House – our Medium and Small Bounce Houses may be set-up in Classrooms and the VIP Suite as well.

C2 Catering


C2 Catering is available for a wide variety of in-house events – from informal gatherings and parties to weddings and corporate functions, plus everything in between. Our exceptional service is based on attention to detail, competitive prices, and quality on-site preparation.

Our experienced catering staff is prepared to serve a wide assortment of tasty options – from hors d’oeuvres and finger foods, to buffet and fully plated meals. In addition, we have a team of Pro-Serve trained staff who will provide licensed bar service for your event.
