The Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre is hiring:



The Facility Booking Assistant is the first point of contact for Sport User Groups and customers making booking enquiries for the Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre. Responsibilities include maximizing the use of space and revenue potential of each booking, managing the complex scheduling and invoicing for the Centre, and provide hands on shift service support at the Welcome Desk.


Successful candidates must possess a high level of skill in focusing on customer service and the understanding of scheduling multiple events. Applicants must possess excellent administrative, computer and communication skills. Candidates must be friendly, self-motivated, team players who are confident working in a fast-paced environment.


Scheduling experience and formalized training will be considered an asset. Must be prepared to work a flexible schedule.
