A fantastic new program for young women aged 13 to 17 starts on Tuesday, July 6. The ‘Girls in Sport: Fun, Fitness, Friends, Female‘ is a drop-in program designed to empower girls through sport and fitness, and develop and share the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.
Participants will gain confidence by learning the gym environment and equipment, participate in activities that will increase athletic performance, learn the fundamentals of lifting, form and agility, and have fun with athletic and personal development. ALL levels are welcome ~ from beginners to seasoned athletes.
The program will be led by local athlete, Brook Skrypichayko, and C2 Trainer, Natalie Chappell. Girls in Sport run Tuesdays from 7pm-8pm starting on July 6. Drop in is FREE for C2 Members, and normal drop-in rates apply to non-members.
