From a relaxed pace to an intense workout, the C2 offers a variety of fitness classes to get your heart pumping and meet your fitness needs. The C2’s trained instructors make fitness classes fun and motivating. Both Drop-In and Pre-Register fitness classes are offered all throughout the day and week to suit diverse needs and hectic schedules. A brand new session of C2 Fitness Classes is starting on April 1 – check out the schedule below.

If you’re looking for a low-impact class that will transform the way your body looks and feels, consider PiYo Live for a series of exercises designed to target, strengthen and lengthen your muscles.

Challenge your whole body with Spin. Spin is great for all fitness levels, because the participant controls their own level of intensity. Want something a bit more? In Spin+, you’ll saddle up for hills, drills, and sprints, then round off your workout with some off-bike resistance training. For those looking for a beginner spin class – check out Sun-Ride Spin! Wake up your Friday with an easy spin class that gets you primed and ready for the weekend!

If you have little ones in tow, check out our stroller- and kid-friendly classes. Body Blast, Boot Camp, and Bars and Bells are all perfect to give you a heart-revving, cardio-burning workout.

Are you looking to perfect your lifting technique and learn more about strength training? Strictly Strength is there class for you! This class is for all fitness levels who are focused are learning and improve their overall strength.

Dumbbell Fit is a full-body class that will sculpt and strengthen your entire body! Challenge all your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl in this exciting dynamic fitness experience!

If your schedule is tight, check out Tone and Torch a short, sweet, get-it-done-for-the-day work out that pushes you to your fitness limits. This is a quick, full-body fitness class is for anyone with limited time who wants to build their cardiovascular endurance.

Strength in Numbers is an easy-to-follow class that focuses on flexibility, posture, balance, strength and endurance.  The C2 also feature a Sit to be fit class that is a full body workout which focuses on functional movements, all while staying seated. And if you’re looking for a fun, total-body workout, check out Zumba! Zumba will give you an energy boost plus a serious dose of awesome each class.
