Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times

• Drop-Off: 8:00 – 9:00 AM

• Pick-Up: 4:00 – 5:00 PM

• Location: Nova VIP Suite at the C2

  • Enter through the RJ Arena doors (between the Genmec Hall and Pontiacs entrance)

  • Go upstairs and turn left to find the suite

  • Look for signage on the noticeboard and doors

Note: All campers must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian each day.

Help your camper have the best day ever by sending them with:

✅ A refillable water bottle
✅ Allergy-safe snacks (morning + afternoon)
✅ Clean, indoor running shoes
✅ Outdoor shoes
✅ Comfortable, activewear-friendly clothes
✅ Weather-appropriate outerwear.  For summer months: Sunscreen, hat, and bug spray 

🚫 Please leave electronics at home (phones, tablets, handheld games, etc.). Camp is for connecting in real life!

The C2 provides lunch daily for all campers at no extra charge (unless dietary accommodations are required).

What’s Included:

• A main dish
• A side (soup, salad, or veggies & dip)
• Fruit
• Milk (white or chocolate)
• A dessert

Sample Lunches:

• Grilled Cheese Sandwich
• Taco-in-a-Bag
• Pasta with Sauce
• Cheeseburger
• Flat Bread Pizza

Snacks: Please pack morning and afternoon allergy-free snacks—our campers are active all day long!

Dietary Accommodations:

• Dairy-free or Gluten-free meals available – please inquire ahead of time. 

• Peanut allergies: We cannot provide lunches due to cross-contamination risks

Campers are expected to participate fully, be kind, and treat the facility and others with care. Inappropriate behaviour may result in dismissal

• Ages: For kids 7–12 years old

• Sign-in/Sign-out is mandatory

• Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% refund = cancel 2 weeks before camp

  • 50% refund = cancel 1 week before

  • No refund = cancel with less than 1 week notice

• All forms must be completed before attending (registration, waiver, behaviour agreement)
