AUGUST 24, 2018 – Hope you’ve all had an enjoyable summer, and now that September’s around the corner, it’s time to get back in the routine of things!

A C2 Fitness Class will help you get and stay fit, and our fantastic fitness class leaders are sure to keep you enthusiastic and accountable.

A new round of fitness classes starts the week of September 10th. Our schedule includes morning, afternoon and evening classes, both drop-in and pre-register, lots of brand new classes, as well as our tried-and-true favourites. We have classes for all fitness levels and every schedule.
