This full body workout includes a mix of cardio and resistance training with a focus on muscular endurance. Very adaptable exercises make this class appropriate for diverse fitness levels, including moms with strollers or expectant mothers.

This class is stroller friendly, and children under age 10 can join their parent for free

Choreographed Pilates + Yoga movements put together into sequences make this low-impact class unique and fun!  The result is lengthening and strengthening all muscle groups in the body. No equipment is used and bare feet are preferred.

Come in for a ride … with a little extra! Saddle up for hills, drills, and sprints during the first part of class, then round off your workout with some off-bike exercises. We’ll challenge your entire body with a blend of off-bike resistance training PLUS on-bike cardio training.

C2 Saturday Sidewalk Sale (Sat. 2 Jun, 2018 11:00 am - 2:00 pm)

If you have products to sell, you'll be interested in the next C2 Saturday Sidewalk Sale - organized in the Hub, during the regular Bonnyville Farmers' Market! Just set up your products on the tables we provide, and let the selling begin. 

Saturday Sidewalk Sales run each Saturday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, and are located either in the upper level Hub or the main level Hub.  Each display area includes a table and chairs, and the cost is $25.00 plus gst.  

Space is limited! Please call the Welcome Desk to register, 780-812-3400.

C2 Indoor Garage Sale (Sat. 2 Jun, 2018 11:00 am - 3:00 pm)

Are you ready to do some spring cleaning? Are you working on decluttering your closets, basement or garage? Has baby outgrown all of those clothes?  Are you a crafter, home-based business operator, or someone with products to sell? If so, the C2 Indoor Community Garage Sale is a perfect choice for you!

C2 Indoor Community Garage Sales are held occassionally throughout the spring and summer months, either in the Cenovus Arena or the C2 Field House. Just unload your goods, set up on the tables we provide, and let the selling begin.  

Book your tables today by calling the C2 Welcome Desk at 780-812-3400. The cost is $25 for the 5 tables, chairs, and ample space to display your products. More tables are always available for an additional charge.
