A short, sweet, get it done for the day workout that pushes you to your fitness limits. This is quick, full-body, demanding and effective class for anyone with limited time who wants to build their cardiovascular endurance.

C2 Day Camp: Artastic Camp (Thu. 4 Jan, 2018 9:00 am - 4:00 pm)

No School? No Problem! We can help keep your kids (ages 6 to 12) busy, active and having a blast!

Artastic Day Camp runs January 2, 3, 4, and 5 from 9:00am to 4:00pm

Artastic kids will get to paint, sculpt and create their way into the New Year during this week-long camp. Each day campers will use a different medium to create their own masterpieces and learn about famous artists. Get ready to express yourself, play games, and discover the beautiful world of art!

Register for individual days or all 4!

C2 Members: $35/day, $120/4 days

Non-Members: $45/day, $160/4 days

The diversity of this class makes it perfect for any age, ability or fitness level. Participants control their own level of intensity all while remaining part of the team spirit. The awesome music in this class will keep you energized and pumped!

Improve your quality of life by becoming stronger! This is a fun and easy-to-follow class that focuses on flexibility, posture, balance, strength and endurance, plus Strength in Numbers is perfect for increasing range of motion in joints.

Gym Start Orientation Clinic (Thu. 4 Jan, 2018 11:00 am - 12:00 pm)

 Our Gym Start Orientation Clinic makes it all easier to get into the gym, with a tour of the facility, giving you all the ins-and-outs of the fitness equipment, and teaching you how to perform a safe workout. Check it out - it'll be worth it!  Register for $30 by calling 780-812-3400.

SESSION A: January 2 - February 2   $80

A total-body cardio and strength training class that uses your own body weight as resistance as well as the addition of weights when necessary. Each workout can be modified to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels and abilities while still achieving the body transformations P90X LIVE is known for!

Make your muscles work! Learn how to strength train with a piece of classic exercise equipment: the kettlebell. Blast all of the muscle groups and see your strength rapidly increase. This class will also include short bursts of cardio for an all-around bell-kicking workout!
