C2 Day Camp: Artastic Camp (Wed. 3 Jan, 2018 9:00 am - 4:00 pm)

No School? No Problem! We can help keep your kids (ages 6 to 12) busy, active and having a blast!

Artastic Day Camp runs January 2, 3, 4, and 5 from 9:00am to 4:00pm

Artastic kids will get to paint, sculpt and create their way into the New Year during this week-long camp. Each day campers will use a different medium to create their own masterpieces and learn about famous artists. Get ready to express yourself, play games, and discover the beautiful world of art!

Register for individual days or all 4!

C2 Members: $35/day, $120/4 days

Non-Members: $45/day, $160/4 days

C2Fitness: Body Blast (Wed. 3 Jan, 2018 9:30 am - 10:15 am)

BODY BLAST with Rhonda

Drop-in for $6.00 or one swipe of the fitness class pass

9:30am-10:15am   Mondays and Wednesdays

 This full body workout includes a mix of cardio and resistance training with a focus on muscular endurance. Very adaptable exercises make this class appropriate for diverse fitness levels, including moms with strollers or expectant mothers.

Gym Start Orientation Clinic (Wed. 3 Jan, 2018 11:00 am - 12:00 pm)

 Our Gym Start Orientation Clinic makes it all easier to get into the gym, with a tour of the facility, giving you all the ins-and-outs of the fitness equipment, and teaching you how to perform a safe workout. Check it out - it'll be worth it!  Register for $30 by calling 780-812-3400.

Choreographed Pilates + Yoga movements put together into sequences make this low-impact class unique and fun!  The result is lengthening and strengthening all muscle groups in the body. No equipment is used and bare feet are preferred.

Prepare to get some sweat flowing as you learn to use Kettlebells, Rowing Machines, Medicine Balls, and much more in this fast paced class. Perfect your lifting techniques, increase your strength, and condition your cardiovascular system! Suitable for all fitness levels.

 Prepare to get a fun, full body workout with a mixture of cardio and resistance training. This is an evening twist on our daytime class with an aim on perfecting your form, increasing your strength, and conditioning your cardiovascular system! Suitable for all levels.

This class is Kid and stroller friendly

Come in for a ride … with a little extra! Saddle up for hills, drills, and sprints during the first part of class, then round off your workout with some off-bike exercises. We’ll challenge your entire body with a blend of off-bike resistance training PLUS on-bike cardio training.
