12:15pm-12:45pm Tuesdays and Thursdays

Come get your greatest “assets” feeling fantastic! Get ready to kick some butt and burn some calories with this booty burning cardio and strength workout. Done on the track, classes will use a mixture of dumbbells and barbells combined with heart revving, fat blasting cardio exercises.
